We Say: Not your average gamay - it's most certainly light, and definitely very drinkable, but reveals a surprising depth of flavour and texture with each sip. Aromas of raspberry, rose and coriander, a rounded but fresh texture, flavours of cherry, violets and an earthy minerality.
