De Cam Oude Geuze has been produced since Spring 1999.
Young lambic, with a minimum of one year of maturation, and old lambic, with a minimum of two years, are mixed according to the taste of the Geuze plug. Once in the bottle, the final maturing phase follows. The result is a spontaneous fermentation beer with a typical taste and nice head.
It is fairly dry, bitter with a low acidity.
