The Brother Sean is an experimental bottle-aged Belgian Stout we brew annually using differing yeast strains each year. The 2016 batch was brewed with WLP530, which is a classic Belgian abby strain. This beautiful yeast produces a smooth beer which evokes deep notes of dark fruits, a hint of liquorice complete with a scotch-whisky esque finish.
