We Say: A rich, dark Spanish red fermented with native yeasts and aged in French oak barrels for 4 months. Sprightly floral aromas of lavender and wildflower honey, ripe flavours of blueberries and plum jam, plus gentle vanilla and cinnamon from the wood - just the right side of decadent.
